PROCEEDINGS
As with the previous conferences, the Conference Proceedings
will be published by Kluver Academic/Plenum Publishers.
The title will be Quantum, Communication, Measurement and Computing
3, Edited by O. Hirota and P. Tombesi.
We have to respect the maximum of 550 pages.
As a consequence the length for invited speaker contributions is 8
(eight) pages, for contributed papers 4 (four) pages. There will be a
selection of contributed papers in order to respect the allowed
pages.
Of course, publishing on the proceedings is not compulsory but we
invite to do it. In order to respect all publisher procedures, every
manuscript have to be sent within the dead-line September 30,
possibly by ftp in the conference web site. The macro for writing the
manuscript can be downloaded from the web site.
